Alexei Gennadievich Veselkin was born on the 28th of March in 1959 in the town of Zaraisk of Moscow Region.

In 1978 he graduated from the Tumen Art College.

Since 1981 he has been teaching in the Suzdal Art-Restjration College.

Since 1983 he had been learning by correspondence at the faculty of study of art at the Institute named after I.Ye.Repin.

In 1985-1990 he studied at Leningrad High Art-Industrial College named after V.I.Mukhina to acquire a profession in the field of monumental-decorative painting (the studio of A.Yu.Talschuk).

Since 1988 he has been participating in all the internetional exhibitions of enamels and jewelru, which were held by the Moscow Museum of Decorative-Applied Art.

Since 1993 he is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia.

He participated in many republican, international and group exhibitions (for example in Odense, Denmark in 1988, in Bressuire, France in 1994).
